If a refused package is returned to DELERE/CAVIST, we will not reship it unless the customer pays for the shipping costs again. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
If customers provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot pack or ship their package. Packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address may not be received, could be lost, may incur additional shipping fees, or result in delivery delays.
Customers are therefore fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information when creating an order, and refunds cannot be issued for issues arising from incorrect address information. If customers wish to receive the items, they must place a new order.
