"Where did that ingredient come from in the first place?"
DELERE has had a 'foundation' about ingredients from the beginning. Rather than simply importing and using ingredients, we started from the place where we 'cultivate the ingredient’ itself.

Starting from the Place That Knows Caviar Best🖤
DELERE’s caviar grows in the depths of Jiri Mountain in Korea, in Hamyang nestled by clean air and forests. This is the only HACCP-certified caviar farm in Korea.
1) In this place where even outsiders' access is restricted, six species of sturgeon are precisely classified by species and age, growing in water that circulates cleanly more than seven times a day.
A darkened environment suited to their nocturnal ecology, a stress-minimization system designed to avoid human contact — all of this is preparation for just one thing : a single pearl of 'real caviar.'
The sturgeon raised here must wait at least ten years, sometimes up to fifteen years, before they can finally produce caviar. The caviar created this way isn’t just an 'ingredient' — it's a crystallization containing years of time and trust.
