Why Caviar, of All Things?
Ancient Wisdom;
Called the "Eggs of Life" ✨
Caviar isn’t just sturgeon roe. In the 4th century BC, 1) ancient Persians called caviar 'khavyar'. They believed caviar restored the strength of soldiers and nobles, treating it as a tonic that helped recover from fatigue.
2) Additionally, in the Byzantine Empire and ancient Rome, caviar was treated as 'eggs of life' served exclusively to honored guests at banquets—a food symbolizing recovery and vitality.
Interestingly, 3) in medieval Russia, it was once enjoyed as a tavern snack. This was because sturgeon were relatively easy to obtain in the Volga River region, where they were abundant.
However, 4) in the 17th century, it rose to become 'the exclusive domain of nobility' when it graced imperial tables.
5) In the 18th century, when Russia's Catherine the Great used it as a diplomatic gift, caviar became a symbol of European courts.

When Time Proves Value💎
For something familiar to become precious, only one condition is needed: 'time.'Sturgeon typically need to grow for over ten years before they can produce eggs, and the amount of eggs one fish produces in its lifetime is extremely limited.
Preserving those eggs, aging them, and maintaining the quality of each pearl requires long patience and skill.
So caviar isn’t simply precious — it’s 'preciousness earned through waiting.' DELERE has embraced this time as an opportunity to explore the aesthetics of beauty.

Caviar’s Efficacy Proven by Modern Dermatology🧪
Modern research has confirmed what ancient royalty believed intuitively:
• Rich in Amino Acids – 7) Supports the production of collagen and elastin, key to skin firmness
• Potent Antioxidants – Vitamins A, D, E and omega-3s help shield skin from UV and environmental stress
• Mineral Complex – Iron, magnesium, and selenium aid in cell renewal and strengthen the skin barrier
• Collagen-Boosting Proteins – 8) Help improve elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines
More than any cutting-edge ingredient, caviar is a material that cares for both skin and time together.
